What is the earliest I can check-in?
Standard check-in time is 2pm, however an early check in may be available. Please call your hosts on 07 5495 2888 to confirm. Fees may be applicable for check-in prior to 11am.
What is the latest I can check-in?
Check-in at the office is available until 8.30pm.
We can organise a late check in for guests arriving after 8.30pm, and this needs to be organised prior to the office closure of 8.30pm.
Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, complimentary undercover parking is provided.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, as per Queensland legislation, all rooms at Caboolture Motel are strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays and chairs are provided outside of the room for your convenience.
Are you pet-friendly?
We are not a pet friendly motel.
We are not permitted to accommodate pets on site. The fine for any guest found housing a pet on site is $250 and immediate refusal of stay will occur. If you are travelling with a pet, there is a pet friendly motel located in Moffat Beach Caloundra.
Do you have room service?
Yes, a continental breakfast is available 7 days a week. Soft drinks, confectionery and snacks are available for purchase from the reception during office hours.
Do you offer wireless internet?
Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed WiFi to our guests.
How close are you to the shops?
Within walking distance (5 – 7 minutes) to Caboolture Park Shopping Centre (Coles, Australia Post, and other shops). Within driving distance (2 minutes) to Market plaza (Woolworths, BWS, newsagency), Morayfield Shopping Centre is the main shopping centre and is within a 5 minute drive of the motel, Morayfield Shopping Centre hosts all of your major stores & a cinema.
How close are you to the restaurant?
We are within walking distance of both the Caboolture Sports Central and Club Tavern; several restaurants and takeaway outlets are also within walking distance and within Morayfield (Morayfield is a 5-minute drive from the motel).
What TVs do you have in your rooms?
All rooms have flat-screen smart TVs between 40 and 49 inches. You are welcome to log in to use the streaming channels, but please remember to log out before departing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. With cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit card details are required to secure the room booking. Full payment is to be made upon the day of arrival. Please have your credit card and drivers licence ready to be presented upon check-in. Should you not have access to a credit card and be paying via debit card/EFTPOS, a cash bond can be made to reception.
If you have not provided credit card details to secure your booking you will need to provide us with an estimated time of arrival for your reservation date, we then request that you call on the day of your booking to confirm this is still correct.
Should you not call to confirm, the booking may be cancelled and made available for rebooking. Bookings with credit card details are considered secure and confirmed, should you wish to call and confirm the time of arrival it would be greatly appreciated.
House Rules
Caboolture Motel is a privately owned and operated motel, and we operate within the QLD accommodation guidelines and legislation.
- No smoking in the rooms
- No use of open-flame gas cookers in the rooms
- No pets/animals permitted in the rooms
- *No antisocial behaviour or disruption of other guests’ stays
- No unregistered guests are permitted on the property outside
the office hours of 7am – 8.30pm - Quiet time between 9pm and 7am
Caboolture Motel retains the ‘right to refuse’ any guests that do not meet the Queensland Accommodation & Legislation Guidelines.
